Community Health Needs Assessment
As a not-for-profit, independent, community hospital, Carson Tahoe Health performs a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years to align our resources in ways that enhance the well-being of those we serve, throughout the quad counties. Using the data collected from this comprehensive survey, we create an action plan that guides our overall focus for improving access and outreach during the next three-year cycle. Our Action Plan based on the 2025 survey will be posted in early 2026.
