Combined Directive

An Advance Directive includes both a Living Will Declaration and a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care. Nevada law does not specifically provide for a combined directive nor does it prohibit one. If possible, you should have a Living Will Declaration and a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, either combined or separately, so that your desires have the strongest basis for legal enforcement.
