Breastfeeding Support

Support You Can Count On

While breastfeeding is natural, it isn't always automatic. Our nursing staff has completed additional training to help you get off to a good start with breastfeeding. If you experience difficulty with breastfeeding, we offer a breastfeeding warm line and a breastfeeding support group for questions and answers.  Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC's) are available to provide education, support, and private consults to pregnant and nursing mothers.

Please contact the Carson Tahoe Lactation Line 775-445-7249 for assistance. Leave a message and an IBCLC will call you back, usually within 24 hours
