At Carson Tahoe, we're here to support you every step of your breastfeeding journey. While breastfeeding is natural, it doesn't always come easily—and you don't have to navigate it alone.
Our experienced team provides guidance, education, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful, from your first feeding through the months ahead.
Expert Lactation Support
Our nursing staff has received specialized training to help you get off to a strong start with breastfeeding. In addition, our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) are available to provide personalized support, education, and private consultations for both pregnant and nursing mothers.

Breastfeeding Support Groups
Our breastfeeding support groups offer a welcoming, informal space to connect with other mothers, ask questions, and receive guidance from a lactation consultant.
All breastfeeding moms and babies are welcome—no reservations needed. Simply drop in.
Please note: Groups do not meet on holidays.

Online Breastfeeding Education
If you're unable to attend in person, we offer online breastfeeding education so you can learn at your own pace and on your schedule.
