Carson Tahoe's HealthCheck Program provides affordable lab screenings specifically designed for under or uninsured patients without a provider order. This self-referral service allows patients to access screenings at special rates, with payment due at the time of service. Please note that insurance is not accepted for these lab tests as fees and charges cannot be billed to insurance. No appointments are necessary. While results will not be sent directly to your provider, a board-certified physician will review them and send them to you. It is the patient's responsibility to retrieve and share the results with their provider.

HealthCheck lab tests are offered at all Carson Tahoe Laboratory locations during normal business hours. Print out the following form on this page, fill it out and walk right into any of Carson Tahoe's convenient lab locations.
