The people. Our caregivers show up every day with compassion, dedication, and heart. It is incredibly humbling to lead an organization where the mission truly lives through the actions of our team.
What is one leadership lesson that has stayed with you throughout your career?
Healthcare is always about people first. When you support your teams and empower them to do their best work, everything else follows.
Favorite way to spend a weekend in Northern Nevada?
Anything outside. Skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, and exploring the Sierra Nevada with my family.
A place you would love to travel next?
Somewhere new with my family. Traveling together is one of the best ways we create lasting memories.
