Please be prepared to provide your insurance information when scheduling an appointment. You will be asked to present your insurance card when you check-in for any services, and asked to pay any co-payment or deductible amounts at the time of service. We will bill all of your insurance companies, regardless of in-network coverage. If your insurance is not in-network with Carson Tahoe Health, you will be asked to sign an Out-of-Network Notification form acknowledging potentially higher out of pocket amounts.
Health Share Plans (Health Care Sharing Ministries - HCSMs) are not considered insurance and are generally not subject to the same regulations and consumer protections as traditional insurance. Carson Tahoe Health does not accept or bill Health Share Plans.
