CHNA 2025 Focus Groups

Carson Tahoe Health is currently conducting its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)—an initiative to better understand the strengths, gaps, and opportunities in our community’s health.

As part of this effort, we're inviting local residents, community leaders, and stakeholders to participate in small focus groups that will help guide the direction of healthcare services and outreach for years to come.

Your voice matters. This is your chance to share what you see, experience, and care about when it comes to health in our region.

What is the CHNA?

The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a comprehensive survey and research effort that identifies the most pressing health concerns in our area. The insights we gain help Carson Tahoe Health improve services and partner with organizations to create real impact.

Who Can Join a Focus Group?

We’re looking for a broad mix of participants, including:

• Parents & caregivers

• Seniors

• Young adults & students

• Community leaders

• Anyone passionate about making our region healthier
