Every three years, Carson Tahoe Health teams up with community members, local organizations, and key partners across the Quad Counties to take a fresh look at our region’s community health needs. Through open conversations and surveys, we work together to identify the top health needs and create a plan to address them—because real change starts with listening to our community and the people we serve.
