HealthCheck Lab for PEBP Members

While there is an out-of-pocket cost, HealthCheck lab tests do not require a doctor's order and provide significant discounts for PEBP members who pay cash for their lab tests. The savings program is now offered at all Carson Tahoe Laboratory locations during normal business hours.

No appointments necessary. Results of screenings with physician orders will be sent to your doctor. Without a physician order, your results will be examined by a board certified physician and sent directly to you.

PLEASE NOTE: These special rates are for cash-paying, under and uninsured patients. Fees and charges cannot be billed to insurance.

Each participant will be required to present a certificate for each HealthCheck visit. Simply print out the Healthcheck certificate, fill it out, and bring them to any of Carson Tahoe's convenient lab locations.
