Recruitment Incentives
Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare is currently offering candidates, who are qualified and are hired for specific positions in specific areas, the following incentives:
Advanced Degree
5% salary increase for those hired into specific positions, who have obtained a Bachelors Degree or other advanced degree, which is not a requirement of the position.
Certification
2.5% salary increase for certification issued by a national professional organization, requires ongoing CEU’s to renew, must be in the field of service and is above and beyond the requirements for the position.
Example of eligible positions:
* Registered Nurse
* Physical Therapist
* Occupational Therapist
* Respiratory Therapist
* Medical Technologist, etc.
