Carson Tahoe's HealthCheck Program offers affordable lab screenings with or without physician orders. Special rates are offered for cash-paying or under and uninsured patients. No appointments are necessary. Results of screenings with physician orders will be sent to your doctor. Without a physician's order, your results will be examined by a board-certified physician and sent directly to you.

HealthCheck lab tests are offered at all Carson Tahoe Laboratory locations during normal business hours. Print out the following form on this page, fill it out and walk right into any of Carson Tahoe's convenient lab locations.
